How long will it take to process/ship my order?

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. If you require prompt dispatch please contact me directly prior to ordering and I will do my best to meet your expectation.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay with dispatching your order, you will be notified and updated on the process.

Commission work is scheduled separately.

What is Giclee (Giclée) Print

Giclee (pronounced: gee-klay) is a term derived from a French term: gicleur - nozzle/jet and gicler - “to spray”. It’s referring to how the prints are produced. The large format inkjet printers are using spraying devices that can match the colour and apply precisely.

The effect of this type of printing is a highest quality of reproduction. The archival ink used with Giclee guaranty that the product wont fade when displayed in “standard” conditions indoors

What if my order is a gift?

That’s not a problem at all. Please let me know after the purchase that the order is a gift and there will be no paperwork included with the order.

If wish to add a note to the recipient of the gift, please specify details of the note in the email.

Recycled Card

As we are committed to being an eco friendly business, all artwork and cards are printed onto eco friendly recycled card. This means that there, maybe slight imperfections visible on the printed surface but these do not detract from the art in anyway and in fact add to the uniqueness of each print.

Do you offer a Gift Cards?

Yes, gift cards are available to purchase. There is not additional shipping cost for the electronic Gift Card.

Gift cards are special products that you can use as payment for orders from our online store and cannot be exchanged into cash.

The Unique Code of the Gift Card can be emailed to your email address or to the email address of the person you would like to give the gift to.

When redeeming a gift card code at checkout, you will see the card value subtracted from you/their order total. You/They can also see the balance remaining on the gift card.

Commission Animal Portrait

A Pet/An Animal Portrait in Colour Pencils.

Creating commissioned artwork can take any time between one to two weeks (larger pieces will take longer). When enquiring about commission work you will be given an estimated time of completion.

IMPORTANT: If you need the commission artwork by certain date please contact me prior to ordering and I will be able to confirm if I can meet your deadline.

Artwork is supplied with White Mounting Board (different boards are available upon request).

A good quality of the photo is required for the commission work. If such is unavailable please contact me prior to ordering on hello@malgosiarevell.co.uk with any photos you have and we can discuss the details.

To get booked in you can either purchase your portrait in full on the shop section my website and I will happily organise this for you.

Portraits of multiple pets/animals on one piece together (maximum 3) are available however this is subject to separate quotation prior to ordering.
